Phenek does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet any requirements or needs you may have, or that the software will operate error-free or in an uninterrupted manner. Phenek does not guarantee that any flaws or errors will be rectified or that the software is fully compatible with any specific device model or operating system. The software is provided on an "as-is" basis, and no warranty, either express or implied, is given. Phenek expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Before installing or using the Phenek software, you must carefully read this End User License Agreement. By installing or using the software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software, and exit this page immediately.

Phenek retains all rights, titles, and interests in the software. This agreement, along with any supplemental terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Phenek regarding the software. 3. License Restrictions

You are prohibited from:

4. Prohibited Activities

Phenek prohibits use of the app for any illegal activities including but not limited to:

• Sharing/promoting illegal services or products
• Posting infringing content (trademarks, copyrights, IP)
• Uploading offensive or harmful material
• Promoting weapons, illegal drugs, or hazardous materials
• Sharing personal information without consent

Phenek reserves the right to remove any content we consider inappropriate. Our policies are based on applicable laws, user feedback, and our discretion.

5. Proprietary Rights

You agree that Phenek owns all rights, titles, and interests in the software, including all intellectual property rights. You must not delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on the software.

6. Term and Termination

• Automatic termination for breach of terms
• User may terminate by discontinuing use
• Upon termination: destroy all copies

7. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Phenek is not liable for:

• Direct/indirect damages from app use
• Data loss or device damage
