I visited the Pedro de Valdivia Letter (Carta de Pedro de Valdivia) around 18:00 while taking a walk. While the place had some charm, I noticed a lot of unsettling and intoxicated individuals around, which made it feel unwelcoming for tourists. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the air, and I didn’t feel entirely safe. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend going there, especially after Santa Lucía closes.
